This includes digital products, custom orders, and physical merchandise
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it.

To request a replacement:

Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
You do not need to return the damaged item — you may keep it.

All digital downloads are final sale
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the product has been delivered
